BA bumped me from a flight from Spain to the UK last year. They caused me to miss a non-refundable hotel stay in London. And they caused me to miss my flight to LA the next morning on their airline. I was chosen by their computer system. I told the agent what would happen if I missed the flight. As I was waiting on standby at the gate with 7 other people who were maybe going to fly or maybe not, another couple offered to let me go as they lived in London and their travel disruption would be minimal. The agent, which was a third party company, ignored the offer. My situation was not considered for a second. This was in the evening so I could not call BA to discuss it. The next morning after being taken to a hotel that night, I called BA and was immediately told that I would have to pay another $400 to catch a flight back home to LA because my disrupted flight was on another ticket. I was spoken to like a child that I had agreed to that when I purchased it. I was given a form for compensation with an email address. Despite sending documents to that address, calling and later, mailing paper copies to their corporate office in NYC with a letter explaining all if it, NONE of my communications have received ANY response whatsoever!! They owe me $850 USD and they are ignoring me. They bumped from a flight and held me hostage in Heathrow until I paid to get home. This airline does whatever it wants and whatever they can put into fine print regardless of how they affect their passengers. I WILL NEVER FLY BRITISH AIRWAYS AGAIN!

The B78X doesn't have 'great range' compared to the B788 or B789. It's range is much more inferior to the B788 or B789. The B78X has a range of 11,730km (still impressive), the B788 range is 13,530km and the B789 range is 14,010km. I am due to fly on a Singapore Airlines B78X Singapore-Manila December 2024. My first flight on any dreamliner variant.

British airways is one of the worst airways i have ever taken..... So many people around the world have same aweful experience as mine, i believe that those who think British airways Is the Best never experience something good.

Bleak, bland, unoriginal. The old uniform was iconic. Gone are the days of the old BA before mixed fleet, budget cuts, and the shafting of older, more experienced staff on salaries BA didn’t want to continuing paying. Utter collapse of an airline.

As good a corporate HQ decision as .......... the dreadful tail-fin one. I flew with BA a few weeks ago, seeing these uniforms for the first time. They are not smart!
